They are placed in frequented locations with easy access and long opening hours. Please find the exact location, and all other important information on the above map.

BUYING

Buying crypto currency with one of our ATM’s, takes only a few steps and we’ve collected the most important ones below.

Before purchasing, please make sure that you have a secure cryptocurrency wallet that will allow you to receive the coin/token you want to purchase.

This can be practically a mobile wallet application (eg. BRD Wallet) or even a paper wallet. If you do not have a cryptocurrency wallet, the ATM can also print a paper one for you.

The ATM only excepts cash; credit card payments are not available.

Once you’ve arrived at the ATM, follow the instructions below:

  1. Select the cryptocurrency you would like to buy – the home screen always shows the logo of the currently available currencies.
  2. Scan your wallet’s QR code – the camera is below the bottom right corner of the screen, show the QR code there.
  3. Now, you can check the current exchange rate – the current exchange rates are always indicated, and the cost of the exchange is already included (no extra charges or hidden fees are applied).
  4. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it here – the screen will show you how much you are discounted by redeeming the code.
  5. Place the banknotes in the cash acceptor slot – located on the right side of the screen. The slot will flash in blue colour, indicating that the banknotes can now be inserted.
  6. Once you have reached the desired amount, press the ‘END’ button – the ATM will continuously count and display how much cryptocurrencies you will receive for the money you have placed in with the current exchange rate.
  7. The coins will arrive soon - usually within a few seconds, but of course, the transaction can also be tracked on the public blockchain too.

SELLING

Selling cryptocurrency with one of our ATM’s, takes only a few steps and we’ve collected the most important ones below.

Most of our ATM’s are able buy cryptocurrencies at the current exchange rate and give back cash in return. To find out exactly which ATM’s have this feature, see the map above by clicking the ‘SELL’ button.

Keep in mind that you should always use a cryptocurrency wallet which allows you to store your own private key, in order to avoid any inconvenience during the sale.

For example, if you would like the transactions to be initiated from a crypto stock exchange account, please withdraw your coins in your own wallet prior; like so, the transaction will be seamless on the spot.

Once you’ve arrived at the ATM, follow the instructions below:

  1. Select the cryptocurrency you would like to sell - the home screen always shows the logo of the currently available currencies.
  2. Select the ‘SELL’ button – if the given cryptocurrency can be sold at the ATM, then the menu item will display the ‘SELL’ button. If only the ‘BUY’ button appears, it means that it is currently not possible to sell the given cryptocurrency at that specific ATM. In this case, we recommend you to try our web service (link: coincash.eu/en/change), where you can sell all the important cryptocurrencies through our website; which we are paying for via bank transfer during working hours, usually on the same day.
  3. Set the amount you would like to sell – the ATM at the current exchange rate shows you the exact amount of cryptocurrencies you will need to send us for the coveted quantity of money. It’s important that you always send the EXACT AMOUNT of cryptocurrency as displayed on the ATM. If there is even a small amount of deviation between the displayed amount and the amount sent, it will be detected and failed by the ATM as an incorrect transaction. This is a common example, when the transaction cost is deducted from the amount sent.
  4. Press the ‘SELL’ button – by doing this, the rate is fixed by the ATM, after which you have 10 minutes to start the transaction. If the ATM does not detect cryptocurrency sending within 10 minutes, the transaction will be cancelled and it will inform you via SMS. Transactions started after this 10 minute bracket won’t be completed, and the coins will be sent to a deposit account.
  5. Enter your phone number, if you would like to be notified once the sale has been made and your ticket is ready to be redeemed – this action is worth doing as if there is any problem during the transaction, then we will be able to contact you.
  6. Use your wallet to scan the QR code and send the EXACT quantity to the address provided – be careful not to deduct the transaction cost from the amount to be transferred. Just send exactly what you see on the ticket.
  7. The withdrawal will be available once the transaction has received at least 1 confirmation – if you have entered your phone number, we will also notify you by SMS. It usually takes about 10 minutes for Bitcoin.
  8. Select the cryptocurrency you have sold and press the redeem ticket button.
  9. Scan your ticket’s QR code – the camera is located below the bottom right corner of the screen.
  10. Take hold of the money – from the left side below the screen, you may find the bank notes in the cash dispenser.
